Notice of passing of area-specific development charges by-law for Cobourg East

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of Northumberland County passed an area-specific Development Charges By-Law No. 2018-23 affecting the Cobourg East Community on June 20, 2018 under section 2(1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O., 1997 c.27, as amended;


AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or organization may appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board under Section 14 of the Act, in respect of the development charge by-law by filing with the Clerk of Northumberland County on or before July 30, 2018 a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the by-law and the reasons supporting the objection.


Please refer to the attachments below for the map and schedule of the development charge imposed by the by-law which came into effect on June 21, 2018.
